Sven Bräunlich, MD, is an internist, angiologist, and cardiologist. He earned his medical degree at Julius-Maximilian-University of Wurzburg, Germany, and completed a residency at University of Essen Clinic of Angiology, Germany. Additional training was also completed at the University of Leipzig Heart Center.
An active researcher and medical device industry consultant, Dr Bräunlich has participated in many clinical studies and has authored more than 25 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Dr Bräunlich has been a live case operator at leading medical congresses, including the Leipzig lnterventional Course (LINC), LINC Asia-Pacific, Visionary Vascular and Endovascular Education (VERVE Symposium), and New Cardiovascular Horizons (NCVH).
Stephen E. Hohmann, M.D., is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon. He is the program director for the vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor Scott and White Health in Dallas, Texas. He has a particular interest in the creation and maintenance of hemodialysis access. He was an early adopter of Wavelinq™ EndoAVF System beginning in October 2018. He has functioned as a trainer and speaker for the device.
Dr. Patrick Muck specializes in minimally invasive treatment of all types of problems of the circulatory system, including: Aortic Aneurysms, Carotid Artery Disease, Chronic venous Insufficiency, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Varicose Veins. As Director of the TriHealth Vascular Fellowship Program and Chief of Vascular Surgery, Dr. Muck advances vascular care in the Tristate and nationally by training the next generation of vascular surgeons.

Marta Ramirez Ortega, MD, PhD obtained her medical degree from the University Complutense of Madrid and completed her Vascular Surgery residency at Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Madrid. Later, she received her PhD on peripheral arterial disease and graduated “cum laude” from the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.
Since 2011, she has had a special interest in venous pathology and the endovenous field. As an Associate Professor of the University and member of many different educational programs and scientific advisory boards, Dr. Ramires Ortega enjoys proctoring others on endovenous products and procedures.
Currently, Dr. Ramirez Ortega is the Associate Chief of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery at Hospital la Luz in Madrid, and consultant of the Department of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery at University Hospital Quiron Madrid and Hospital Sur-Quiron.
